We operate the website www.playdatelb.com (the "Site"), the mobile application Playdate (the "App"), and other related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You may not use our Services in any jurisdiction that would subject us to registration or other legal obligations we do not already comply with. Accessing our Services from other locations is done at your own risk.

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Lamar adventures or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal or internal business use.

We currently do not accept payments through the app.

We currently do not offer subscriptions through the app.

We currently do not offer refunds through the app.

8.Prohibited Activities

You may not: - Misuse the Platform or its content - Post illegal, abusive, or harmful content - Use automated tools without permission - Disrupt or interfere with our systems - Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

9.User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for platform-related purposes. You are responsible for the legality and originality of your content.

10.Mobile Application License

We grant a limited, revocable license to use the App on your device. You may not reverse-engineer or commercialize the App.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
